We are qualified to provide architectural services from preliminary planning, through all phases of design, and on through construction administration, closeout, and commissioning for a broad range of project types. These include restaurants ranging from “fast food” to “fine dining,” entertainment venues, retail projects, churches, healthcare, light industrial, and tenant finish. All of our designs are created using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology that provides the ultimate in 3-D facility imaging. This results in better and more coordinated designs that are especially important in facilities using complex and interconnected systems.
In our ongoing effort to make the building process a positive and predictable experience for our customers, Parkway Construction & Associates can provide full architectural and construction services in an Integrated Design-Build facility delivery mode. We recognize that evaluations and decisions made very early in the planning and design process should involve the owner, the designer, and the builder. These participatory evaluations, if undertaken early-on in a design-build mode, can significantly improve quality, reduce costs, and shorten schedules. Utilizing a Design-Build system results in more accurate and early understanding of costs, schedules, systems, and materials.
