Built by developer Salvo Real Estate Solutions, Walgreen’s is a 14,820 SF facility, 16 acre site including significant public works and roadway improvements. Parkway managed the construction for the developer and worked directly with Walgreen’s construction team to insure all specifications and expectations were met. Project challenges included city utility coordination, major public road improvements, traffic control and numerous city and county obstacles. Despite the numerous challenges, Parkway navigated through each issue and delivered the project on-time. The project was tilt wall construction with exterior split-faced block wainscot and stucco accents.
