The Grill on the Alley, a Beverly Hills landmark and growing chain, opened in the famed Aventura Mall in December 2008. Modeled after the big city grills of the 1930s and 40s, The Grill on the Alley captures the streamlined art deco look of yesteryear. To complete this project, Parkway managed many complexities including meeting rigorous Miami-Dade County requirements, staging construction within a high-level operating mall, and coordinating the high-end finishes with The Grill’s team. The finishes include high-backed leather booths, illuminated glass-tile pillars & custom millwork paneling, stout wooden columns, and polished mahogany floors giving way to white marble floors with diamond black inlays at the bar.
