Parkway’s completion of Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Santa Barbara, California, required meeting the client’s expectation for quality while accelerating the schedule to help the client meet its key opening date. Parkway accomplished all of this working within the center of a busy, high-end outdoor mall area. The restaurant features high-end finishes, extensive millwork, specialty tile and stone work, a wine room, BASWAphon acoustic panels and specialized decorative coffered ceilings.
