Fine dining at its best, The Oceanaire Seafood Room has been voted one of the best seafood restaurants in the country. Parkway’s projects for Oceanaire included performing complex work in hotels, downtown office buildings, a new build-out in Baltimore Harbor and Houston’s Galleria Mall. Parkway orchestrated the delicate balance of working with other tenants, mitigating noise issues, managing deliveries while keeping their aggressive schedule on time. Finishes included a high-end mahogany millwork package, stainless steel decorative metal accents, terrazzo flooring and plaster wall finishes. Parkway provided design-build services and value engineering to help client maintain budget objectives throughout project.
