Eddie V’s, a classic and elegant seafood dining experience, is the collaboration of longtime restaurateurs Guy Villavaso and Larry Foles. Parkway worked closely with Eddie V’s Team and DPA Architects to ensure each detail was installed per specifications of this exquisite restaurant. Parkway orchestrated the construction within the high rise development which was in progress at the same time including coordination of new chilled water mechanical system, monitoring systems, storefront entrance and canopy. Finishes included high-end millwork, custom lighting, terrazzo floors and special acoustical ceiling panels. Lighting includes halogen pendants and white chandeliers. An exposition kitchen lets diners watch the preparation.
