Working with Yum! Brands’ team the past 3 years, Parkway has been active in both new projects and re-images for their Taco Bell and KFC brands. The fresh new look updates some of the most recognized, respected, and well-branded icons in the world and spanned all visual elements from logo to restaurant design. Parkway has been able to provide Yum! Brands key experience in design-build, remodel program management, nationwide construction teams and fast track schedules. To accommodate their Operators, Parkway worked with Yum! Brands’ team to keep the restaurants open during full-scale remodels, insuring that customers were unaffected, kitchens were operable at all times, job site was clean and quality never sacrificed. The re-image scope included complete new exteriors, new roof design, total makeover of dining rooms and restrooms. Parkway consistently met Yum! Brands aggressive schedules and budgets.
