Z’ Tejas Southwestern Grill, co-owned by Paul Fleming (Founder of PF Chang’s and Fleming’s Steakhouse) is a premier destination for Southwest cuisine. The restaurant has a chic, distinctive atmosphere that completes the dining experience. Parkway worked closely with the Z’ Tejas project team throughout the design and construction phases, ensuring that every detail was installed according to the client’s expectations. The highlight of Z’ Tejas is undoubtedly the high-end finishes, including custom millwork and custom tiles. Other special features include an exposition kitchen and hammered copper accents throughout. Project challenges included fast-track schedules and the logistical concerns of working within tight, urban areas.
