Parkway built their first Chili’s over 20 years ago. There has been a long standing relationship of providing services on pricing, prototype development and building for Chili’s. The most recent work has been the construction of new buildings and assisting in the development of their remodel program. Parkway was chosen to be the preferred supplier in the western U.S. to work with Chili’s to find creative cost effective ways to perform an entire store remodel in 3 weeks without causing any business interruption.
