IDSB Architects and Parkway Construction & Associates worked with the U. S. Navy to design and build a new 23,000 SF clubhouse for their Seal Beach golf course. After presenting a design and budget to the Navy, the team was chosen for the project. Parkway worked with IDSB to design a beautiful mission style clubhouse that had golf, dinning and meeting facilities. This new clubhouse replaced the one Tiger Woods hung out at after playing most of his golf as a youngster.
