After numerous successful developments across the country, Discovery Land Company decided to come to Texas to build Vaquero, a world class golf course with state of the art facilities. To accomplish this they needed to find a company with the skills necessary to help their development and design team to construct the different vertical aspects of the project. Parkway was chosen to work with the team to assist with the completion of the design and construction of multiple projects for the development. Parkway constructed the guard house, comfort stations, maintenance facility, tennis center, golf teaching center, ranch house and a 30,000 square foot clubhouse. Each of these facilities has beautiful architectural elements of the highest quality using many natural materials to fit the theme of Vaquero.
