Health Care/Prescription Benefits
Parkway Construction’s benefit plan provides medical benefits to its employees. It also offers prescription coverage, and a great Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) network, which allows for additional cost savings on medical claims.
Dental Benefits
Parkway offers dental coverage which also includes vision coverage.
Life Insurance Benefits
Employees are provided basic life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
401(k) Plan
Our 401(k) savings/pension plan offers employees the advantage of saving on a before-tax basis for retirement. With a variety of investment options to choose from, an employee can contribute the maximum IRS amount allowable of his or her taxable wages to the plan. Eligibility to participate is based on 1000 hours of credited service and is available to all employees who are at least 21 years of age and have completed one year of service.
Flexible Spending Account
Employees may choose to put pre-tax dollars into a Medical Reimbursement Account and/or a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account. These accounts allow you to pay for your out-of-pocket medical expenses or dependent care expenses with pre-tax money, which leads to a tax savings for the employee.
